The strategic aim of our translation agency is to provide high quality language services, including translation and text localisation to ​companies and institutions from different countries so that they can successfully communicate in multilingual environment.

All our translations are done and edited by human beings. The term human translation is used as opposed to machine translation. ​Human translation is executed by a human translator, whereas machine-translation is executed by a translation machine and edited ​by a post-editor.

Our human translators do translations ONLY into their native language and reside in the country where this language is either the ​official language or the language prevalent in social life. We have our own translator testing system. Criteria: linguistic education, at ​least 5 years of experience in translation, references from other clients, test translation

Distance contract

Strongcents Ltd, Reg. No. 12967627 on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, and the person ordering the order, ​hereinafter referred to as the Client, on the other, shall conclude the following Agreement:

The Provider undertakes to sell and deliver services to the buyer, according to the purchaser's order.

Order, delivery and payment procedures

The Client shall order services through this website, e-mail or other communication channel, indicating the type and quantity of ​services to be purchased. The Client has the option to pay for the service in person, or to pay the invoice prepared by the Provider ​and sent to the Client by e-mail with a transfer, or a Visa/Master card using link – pay. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically ​and shall be valid without signature.

The Provider shall ensure the delivery of services within x days of receipt of payment for the service, with the delivery time agreed ​upon with the Client. In some cases, post-payment may be possible.

Claims

The Client shall have the right to claim the service provided within 7 calendar days of receipt of the service by sending the Provider a ​letter of claim thereon.

The buyer may not exercise the right of claim if:

the order has been corrected independently upon receipt;

more than 7 days have passed.

Data processing

When entering the necessary information, when drawing up an order, the Client shall certify that they have become acquainted with ​and agree that the data provided by them is used to enable the Provider to accept the order of the Client and to perform the supply ​of services in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. When submitting its data, the Client agrees to their ​transfer, storage and processing. The performer will take all necessary measures to the extent possible in order to ensure secure ​processing of data in accordance with the privacy policy of the undertaking, as well as in accordance with the requirements of ​regulatory enactments regarding the protection of personal data.

The Client may consult the company's website with detailed information regarding the processing of personal data.

Scan Documents

When you need to scan a document for translation, you can skip the search for a friend or business with a scanner because you can ​scan documents for free using your smartphone or tablet.

How does it work? A program or app on your phone performs the scan using your camera and, in many cases, converts it to a PDF ​automatically for you. You can also use your tablet to scan documents; however, when you’re on the go, a phone scan is often the ​fastest and most handy option.

Notes lets you use an iOS device to scan documents into Notes, in iOS, iPadOS, and macOS 10.14 Mojave or later. As opposed to just ​taking a picture of a document, scanning automatically identifies page edges, deskews the image, lets you create multi-page ​documents, and saves the result as a PDF attachment in the note.

Language Learning and training company Strongcents Ltd offers you to learn foreign languages in a fast and qualitative way in ​groups or individually. We enroll no more than 5-8 trainees in a training group therefore the lecturer can give maximum attention to ​each trainee. We also offer you to apply for individual tuition!
